Refund policy

All 1DE1 pieces are limited edition and made to order. Due to the nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, email us at team@1de1.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before ordering. All sales are final.
